    "content": "This Bill prescribes the processes and mechanisms for presentation of petitions. I know of a case in Turkana where after one member lost, she tried to present her petition to the Returning Officer. This is because people do not know the mechanisms and the processes of presenting petitions. The Bill also prescribes processes for nomination of independent candidates, submission of party lists and provision of voter education."
