    "content": "For good democracy, we need strong parties whereby people will not leave parties simply because they feel one or two things have not been done. There are enough lawyers in this House and also in the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. So, at the Third Reading, will refine and make sure that Members are protected."
