    "content": "In many ways there are some improvements in respect of governance within IEBC and I hope that the proposals turn out to be realized so that IEBC as will be constituted becomes a fully functioning and dependable institution. All of this, of course, is still just a plan and we do not know how it will turn out but we are hoping for the very best."
