(iii) Supply, install and commission vendor-based prepaid equipment complete software for the County Council of Narok headquarters, vendors and suppliers. (iv)Train staff in the use of the new system and the first line maintenance of the proposed equipment to provide ongoing call out for repairs and maintenance not covered by the first line mainstream. (v) Provision of watertight system against revenue loss.”"
