    "content": "We have been talking about the IEBC managing the elections of political parties. It will not happen the way it is in the Bill because it is supposed to be on request. The parties that will request are the ones which are supposed to be assisted. It means that we are going to have public money spent on some parties and not on others that will be requesting or not requesting. If at all the elections are to be proper, the issue of nomination must be looked into in much detail – much more detail than even when we talk about party-hopping.
