    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to talk about Clause 16 of the Bill on unlawful expenditures. This law provides an equal playground for both the poor and the rich. Some people use their wealth to manipulate voters. With this kind of law, even the poor man without money but with qualities of a good leader now stands a chance to be elected. I support this Bill because it takes care of the poor and the minority who also want to be leaders."
