    "content": "Hon. Members, I think there is nothing more to say. As you are well aware, this Bill removes Part VI of the existing Elections Act and makes it a stand-alone Act. The credit should go to the 10th Parliament which passed those offences the way they are in the current law. You do not even need to refer to other people. Fortunately, Hon. John Mbadi and Hon. Manson Nyamweya were in that 10th Parliament. You did a good job that time. Hon. Members, can I put the Question? I have confirmed that we quorate. We have the numbers to make a decision."
