    "content": "With regards to the Elections Laws Bill and the Election Offences Bill that we have passed, I think there are fairly good provisions in there. I would have loved to see a provision that will deal with the registration of voters, especially those people who will be waiting in limbo without ID cards and a process in which young Kenyans can be part of the voters register."
