    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. At the outset, I thank you for having presided over this House over the Session with a lot of wisdom which has taken us this far. I also thank my colleagues from the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources that is in charge of mining and water. It has been able to churn so many pieces of legislation through this House, and they have received a lot of support from Members of this House. I thank them as well. This Session has coincided with the first quarter of the financial year and I thank you and the Committee on Roads because of the way it has taken some of the petitions that we have brought here."
