    "content": "The people of Mathira were demonstrating the other day because of a road that passes from Karatina towards Ihuagi and Karatina University. Although the Committee has not tabled the Report, they called me to their Committee. They had summoned the Ministry of Roads and Public Works and gave them directive that whatever needed to be done ought to be done. I wish to report to the people of Mathira that the three sections of the road will be tarmacked all the way from Jambo to Karatina. Hon. Speaker, I thank you and this House for the speedy implementation of the Budget that is now ongoing, particularly the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co- operatives, which brought about the inclusion, for the first time, of coffee farmers .
