    "content": "I must say that I have felt very encouraged during this time because we have passed very many substantive laws which will impact the lives of Kenyans, with exception of the law on bank interest rates which is one of its kind. It has made a positive impact and because of the good work of this House, Kenyans are going to pay lesser money for the loans they owed banks and will pay far less money for the loans they will take in future."
