"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. The Member for Mbita and the previous speaker claim to be lawyers because they went to law school. Are they aware that Article 117 of the Constitution states that there should be free speech and debate in Parliament? That was my opinion as I was debating. They are allowed to give their contrary views. I will not allow women to be brought to fill this Chamber. We do not have enough space for them. If they want free things, let them compete first."
