    "content": "I would like to comment on just four areas. The first one relates to the fact that the House has passed what is truly landmark legislation in relation to the management of interest rates. As somebody who has worked in this area for a long time I just want to caution a little bit that the celebration maybe somewhat premature. For one, we were just beginning to push banks for full disclosure. It is only when there is full disclosure that you can know the direct interest rate costs as well as hidden costs, thus, if you control one you can see if there is any movement in the others."
