    "content": "THAT, this has created uncertainty and anxiety to these communities and is also derailing development of infrastructure in Changamwe Constituency; THAT, several appeals have been made to the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development and the National Land Commission to resolve these long outstanding land ownership issues but have been fruitless; and THAT, the matter presented in this Petition is not pending before any tribunal or court of law. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Lands: - i. Recommends immediate investigations into the alleged land grabbing and irregular allocation and determine the validity of the current allocations and ensure corrective action is taken; ii. Ensures that the Petitioners’ plight is addressed; and iii. Makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. And your Petitioners will ever pray. Thank you, Hon.
