    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I listened to Hon. Arati and I thought he made a very serious statement. Is it in order for him to refer to the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, who is a learned colleague of mine and of this House, as a destroyer of commissioners or of commissions? That is a serious allegation made on record. Although the Departmental Committee Chair has not complained, Hon. Arati made the allegation in front of television cameras. As we transact business in this House, we are guided by the rule on decent language. You need to give direction. My opinion is that he should withdraw that comment."
