    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to the debate on this very important Motion. From the outset, I support the Motion. The Commission on Revenue Allocation is a very important Commission for this country. It is one of the basic reasons why Kenyans agitated for a new Constitution based on the understanding that resource allocation has not been equitably done in the past. I believe that Kenyans who have been proposed to serve in this Commission have a very enormous task to ensure that resources in this country are equitably allocated."
