Therefore, we should allow Members to bring as many amendments as possible before 1.00 O’clock, so that this House can either reject or accept them. In any case, Hon. Duale has whipped his Members against party-hopping. Therefore, he should not be scared. However, if we come back at 2.30 pm, we want to remove that issue of party- hopping so as to conform to Article 38 of the Constitution.
