Speaker made a communication to the effect that both the Committee’s and individual Member’s amendments will be allowed. That is why the ruling was in line with what I said earlier on. The amendments should be received by1.00 O’clock. They can come here so that hon. Members can decide on them either way. That is why it is in line with what I had said earlier that by one O’clock, they can come and Members can make a decision either way. Yes, the Leader of the Majority Party."
