    "content": "The Committee is a delegate of this House; so, we are not obliged to accept everything that they give us. We are supposed to scrutinize what they submit to see whether they did their work the right way. Even though we are very happy with the Committee in most of the other reports it has submitted, in this particular instance, I think they were not right. Therefore, I support the amendment."
