I want to bring the angle of limitation of the statute law because we have had cases that have not been compensated. Considering that we have a renewed agreement, those cases that were not addressed previously need to be looked back and compensation, where possible, including criminal responsibility, pursued by the Liaison Committee and the Government, as the hosting nation."
