    "content": "The Bill, in Clause 24, seeks to outlaw corrupt tendencies or practises by Members of the Executive Committee both at the national and the county level. That includes soliciting for monies for them to perform their functions. It criminalizes such activities by outlawing it and making such conduct and behaviour criminal. Anyone who will be found guilty will be charged and sentenced for a period of about five years, depending on what the court decides.
