    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this amendment seeks to introduce what was contained in the Election Laws (Amendment) Bill No.3. The Select Committee just talked about an election. We have made reference to a referendum. The amendment makes a provision in the case of a referendum, between the date of the publication of the question and the date of the referendum. We are importing what we have in Election Laws (Amendment) Bill No.3. That is all."
