Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011 be amended by inserting the following new Clause immediately after section 37- 37A. The chairperson and members of the commission holding office immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be paid negotiated dues to facilitate a dignified transition.. This is contained in the Report that was adopted by the House without amendments. It is already there. It is already in the Report so we are just putting it in the Bill."
