    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for the opportunity to contribute to this Motion. The matter before us is whether or not to approve the names and appoint a Special Committee. I am glad that in the Communication from the Chair, you made a ruling that at this stage, we are not debating on the merits and demerits of the grounds that have been advanced by the County Assembly of Nyeri on the removal of the Governor of Nyeri County. From the outset, I oppose this Motion."
