    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not want my ten colleagues and I to go through that. Going the Plenary way will give Kenyans an opportunity to follow the debate. We want Kenyans and the people of Nyeri County at large to follow the debate. I am sure that the debate will be live on both radio and television, so that they can be informed of the goings-on. Although the names that had been put together by both the Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader consist of able Members who have a lot of experience and expertise, I stand to oppose the formation of this Committee, so that we can look at this matter as the Senate in the plenary."
