    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to applaud the Nyeri County Assembly Members for doing what they thought was right and I urge other county assemblies to follow suit so that they secure the county governments. There are so many things going wrong in the counties and since they are the first people who do oversight, I appeal to all county assemblies that they should do whatever they feel is good for them. Thank you."
