I hope it only helps that because of the possible misconceptions out there about the defeat of the formation of the Committee, it must not be understood that it means that the Senate will not deal with the matter. There is a gap between now and tomorrow when you give a substantive procedure and so forth. It only helps members of the public who are unable to read the law or follow the procedure that instead of using a Committee, the Senate has just decided to use a different procedure."
