I want to strongly support this Motion and also thank you for deciding to vary the Order Paper so that we deal first with this Motion before we come to the other substantive business. You deserve this commendation from me for this variance of the Order Paper. As you will see this morning, the Jubilee side is empty and not for nothing. So I believe that as we deal with this Motion, it will give them time to find their way into the House.
