I am fortified by the fact that when we go through a Committee and the Committee finds that the charges have been substantiated, the report is brought here and debated before a vote is taken. One, that we need to have some conference in camera but secondly, we need to debate the issue on the basis of the evidence so that if the Senator for Siaya is voting any particular way, the public would have understood why the Senator for Siaya took that position?
