I start by saluting the Committee of 14 ably headed by Members of this House, the distinguished Senator for Siaya and the Senator who doubles as “the King” under whose jurisdiction, the Senate Majority Leader falls. This Committee did an exemplary job, at least, at the end of a foul mood where people were injured, lives lost and the country had come to a level where uncertainty was becoming the order of the day.
