Wako may want to use more than five minutes as the Committee Chair. So, I could allow Sen. Orengo but in case he feels he can also shorten so that Sen. Wako can have more time. For the rest, we can reduce to five minutes. In fact, I will want the House if possible to make sure that before we suspend the sitting, we finish with order Nos. 4 and 5 in the matter of debating because we may not have numbers to vote but the debates can be done.
