Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead the House that I did not give notice to the police when, indeed I did notify the officer in charge of Shauri Moyo Police Station? I visited that station and gave notice of our intended meeting. I have a copy of the letter with me here. The letter was received by the officer in charge of Shauri Moyo Police Station. I wish to table it."
