"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is a methodology that can be adopted at a personal level by the prosecution. The Counsels for the county assembly have said clearly that they do not intend to actually lead the witness. In fact, they offered and volunteered that they would just want them to adopt. Personally, I think it is a methodology that anyone can adopt. If we tell them to lead the witness, then, we will be doing the prosecution for them. Let us go your way; we should not tell them to lead the witness. Let us go with what they have presented, but do the clarifications after we hear the side of the governor."
