(a) What plans has the Minister put in place to secure property rights to all pastoralists, marginalized and other minorities in the Republic of Kenya? (b) Could the Minister also indicate the number of landless people in the country and especially the minorities such as the Endorois, IIIchamus and Ogiek? (c) What steps has the Minister taken to comply with the African Union resolution of the Endorois case in February 2010?"
