    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am still on the question of Bills. For us to make a proper determination and confirm that, in fact, the Bill was forwarded, the schedule is not enough. There should be a letter of forwarding to the Governor and there should be another letter forwarding the Bill which has not been assented to, to the Government Printer. The statement made by my learned friend cannot be supported by evidence. I would like to accept it, but it cannot be accepted as evidence."
