"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the first time this Motion was moved in this House, it had difficulties because people were trying to do things in a manner that is not correct. This is the second time people are trying to do things in a manner that breaches the Standing Orders of this House. Standing Order No.38 is very clear. It states that on a day such as this one, we discuss Government business. It is only on a Wednesday morning that a Private Memberâs Motion can be properly before this House. I request that you look at this Motion again and find that it is actually wrong for a Private Memberâs Motion to be on the Order Paper on a Tuesday afternoon. I urge you to guide us properly so that if they must have their way, then let us argue the merits or demerits of this tomorrow morning. Otherwise, under our Standing Orders, we cannot debate this Motion this afternoon."
