My neighbour thought that we should be considered because we have a burning issue jointly with him which links up with the Motion we are discussing. Peculiarly enough, I want to be the only voice that is going to oppose this Motion because I believe a time is coming when I will be confronting a similar problem that is occasioned by this kind of agreement."
