As we sit here today, we have been told that disbursement in respect to the 2015/2016 Financial Year was released 100 per cent. Some constituencies, Mt. Elgon included, have received less than 50 per cent. The Chair should be serious and tell us this afternoon when some of us will receive the money and where the money for the 2015/2016 Financial Year went."
