Members, as we discuss some of these issues, it has been noted that we are getting some deep concerns about non-availability of Members in Committee meetings to sometimes adopt reports and deal with other matters. I urge the Members of the NG-CDF Committee to ensure that they meet regularly, even if it means putting the Chair under pressure to come from Eldama Ravine. If he is not able to come, get the Vice-Chair to convene meetings, so that you can do the necessary to ensure that some of the issues that the Members are raising are addressed. I hope Hon.
