    "content": "I think it is important that Members and, indeed, the country know that the National Assembly discharged its obligation with regard to its consideration of the Physical Planning Bill, 2015 and forwarded it to the Senate, and that, therefore, it is the Senate which has not found time because of their busy schedule to consider the Bill and bring it back to the National Assembly. Be that as it may, we are in active communication with the Senate to try and finalise consideration of this Bill and refer it back."
