"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this Bill by my friend, Hon. Njuki, has come at the right time. This country needs to move forward. The contributions from Members who have spoken before me are good. It is time for us to change things right away for posterity. Like the Member has just said, we have visited Israel, USA, Italy, Germany, France and many other places. We should move forward in the spirit of the founding fathers of this nation. As somebody has mentioned and it is true, when you talk about the founding father of our nation, very few of our children and grandchildren know anything about him.
