    "content": "As I was going round schools issuing bursary cheques, I noticed that we have problems in our learning institutions. We need to have chaplains in those institutions to help teachers. When I was issuing the cheques, I also had a chance to speak to parents. I asked them who has more time with the children between the teachers and them. The parents agreed with me that in any given year, the children spend more time with the teachers than they do with them. In 12 months, they only have the students at home for three months. It saddens me when I see the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies (NIBS) and Kenyatta University (KU), which are in my constituency, facing a lot of problems while handling students."
