    "content": "Hon. Mbadi is disturbing my attention. I was saying that the loss of Hon. Litole’s election got me thinking whether one needs to spend a lot of time in the service of the House or a lot of time in the service of the constituency. Hon. Litole spent a lot of time in the service of the House. I believe, as a result, he must have lost touch a little with his constituency and that is why he must have lost the elections. So, as we mourn Hon. Litole, let us then look seriously at our responsibilities as Members of this National Assembly; whether we need to spend a lot more time here than in the constituencies or not.
