    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to give my condolences and those of the people of Marakwet East and West to the family of Hon. Litole. Hon. Litole was our immediate neighbour at the constituency level. For the five years he was the MP for Sigor, we had peace as Marakwets. I urge the Marakwets and Pokots to continue having peace despite what happened recently in honour of Hon. Litole. May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal peace. Thank you. Hon. Speaker."
