    "content": "spirit in this country. We must only protect it from being misused. There is one area I am not comfortable with. We use NG-CDF to build classrooms and then we go ahead and call for a fundraising for the same event. In such cases, we can come up with a law to show the things that are supposed to be financed through NG-CDF and those that cannot be financed through public fundraisings. Those cases can be isolated and regulated. We can have a law that takes care of that. But we cannot turn our spirit of generosity and assistance against one another. I oppose this Bill very strongly."
