    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the KQ cargo business was technically diverted to a private firm called Astral Aviation Limited (AAL). An audit report by Deloitte has identified my good friend, the former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, and his son Odinga Junior as being directors of AAL. Hon. Raila Odinga, I read, argued that he has only one share at the AAL. If you have only one share, how do you become the Chair of the Board? You become the Chair of the Board when you have substantive majority shareholding. So, Hon. Raila Odinga is not holding one share; he is holding more shares.
