"content": "Hon. Speaker, if the committee is formed, I will volunteer information about the identities of the people who have been involved in the illegal and irregular leasing of aircraft to KQ. People have made a lot of money at the expense of taxpayers. It must also be understood that if for any reason the Titus Naikunis and the Ngunzes were culpable, they should have been arrested long time ago. The reason nobody has been arrested is because the people who are involved in this saga want to continue to play in the background. This House must stamp its authority and I believe the only way to do that is by forming a select committee. This will enable us get to the bottom of the matter. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
