"content": "Hon. Members, it is absolutely important that everybody notes that those two proposals have been withdrawn formerly. A letter was written to me, withdrawing the proposals to amend the Industrial Training Act and the NHIF Act. In making contributions either today or the day after, please, do not spend your time criticising those proposals. Treat them as if they are not there. Concentrate on the other portions of the Bill without giving attention to those two proposed amendments. They have been withdrawn. Please, take note so that we can save man hours. I am not so sure that there is provision for women hours, but we will save valuable time."
