    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to second this important Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.58 of 2015). This Bill was a spin-off of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill that we passed last year. This was to ensure that we removed the provisions or clauses that do not touch on the counties, but touch on the national Government. They were domiciled in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments Bill) that we passed last year."
