    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. There are several Bills which have been proposed for amendment under this law. In respect to the first law, the Industrial Training Act, Chapter 237 of the Laws of Kenya, this is a very good idea to the extent that the Bill seeks to amend that law to empower the Cabinet Secretary (CS) to nominate a member of the most representative federation of employers’ organisations."
